Intake forms are a crucial part of your spa experience. They allow us to understand your skin type, health history, and treatment goals, ensuring every service is safe, personalized, and effective. By sharing this information in advance, we can tailor your treatment to your unique needs and deliver the best possible results.

Although it is not required, consultations are offered as a complimentary service and recommended if you’re unsure of what to book or if you’re interest in booking a chemical peel.
Consultations can be done in person or by phone.

To ensure a peaceful and safe environment, we ask that you come to your appointment alone. Exceptions will be made if the client receiving the service is underage or requires assistance.

Please arrive at your appointment with a clean, makeup-free face and freshly washed lashes. Depending on your service, certain treatments may require specific pre-treatment steps, which will be outlined prior to your visit.

All aftercare will be reviewed with you at the end of your appointment during checkout. For services that require specific post-treatment products, an aftercare kit will be provided to ensure optimal results and proper healing.

To maintain your best results, we suggest the following booking schedule based on your selected service:
